OFFICE HOURS: The Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT; Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

OFFICE LOCATION: The McGinnis Family Athletic Ticket Office is located by Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium at 1440 Monroe Street, Madison, WI  53711.

JOB POSTING:  The Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office is hiring for the 2017-18 Winter Break (December 22, 2017 to January 22, 2018) and the 2018 Spring Semester. Compensation is $9.00 per hour. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented students to provide outstanding customer service to supporters of Wisconsin Athletics.  Interest in college athletics and previous customer service experience is preferred.  Good problem solving, communication and computer skills are essential.  Must be team-oriented, reliable, well-organized, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Phone and in-person athletic ticket sales and customer service, complimentary ticket administration at athletic events and concerts, data entry, filing, preparing mailings and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates could start as early as the week of November 20th, with training continuing through November and December office hours. The employment contract period for winter break is December 22, 2017 – January 22, 2018, with the option of continued employement for the Spring 2018 contract period. Training and start dates are flexible based on availability.  Must be UW-Madison student during the fall 2017 semester to be eligible for hire. 

WINTER BREAK HOURS: 8 – 12 office hours per week during winter break and additional event hours. Evening and weekend event hours are required. Flexible scheduling available.  

SPRING SEMESTER HOURS: Aproximatly 6 - 12 per week; hours vary depending on class schedule during available office hours and number of events during a given week.
